Active Spirit Refund Policy
All events must be paid in full upon registration, and your place at the event is not confirmed until full payment has been received.
If you cancel your attendance at an event giving at least 7 days notice a refund will be given, less a $10 administration fee. If you cancel within 7 days of the event, no refund will be given unless we can fill your place with another person. If we fill your place a refund will be given, less a $10 administration fee.
For any event that you need to cancel, please contact Active Spirit as soon as possible and we will endeavour to fill your spot and thereby issue you a refund (less the administration fee) if we are successful.
Some events are subject to minimum numbers, or weather conditions, and in the instance that an event does not go ahead only the people registered for the event will be notified. The registered participants will receive a full refund if Active Spirit has cancelled the event.
Active Spirit reserves the right to alter any aspects of their service at any time without notice.
